I feel like I should know about it, but my library refuses to carry most Pratchett books; although I own Night Watch, I haven't read it yet, as I'm saving my last Vimes-centric book for last.

Ooh, that stinks! I hate libraries. When they do carry the book that I want, there is always a waiting list of a few months, so I've given up on libraries.

Night Watch is good book to save for last -- if you ask me, it's the best!
